  Majority of the Staff at this location are very unprofessional. They speak their polish language the whole time, they are very rude and they act like they black people are infectious or something. The Manager (John) is not any better, when we the customers complain to him he does not about it. At this location they have their favorites who they attend to before people with appointments.On the floor the staff use Vulgar Language, they take their sweet loving time putting people on the machine and take even longer taking them off. l actually witnessed the staff in an argument because a donor was assigned to them. They need to fire all the staff there and rehire new staff with manners, who dont act like they are doing us a favor sticking us.

  THIS IS TRULY ONE OF THE WORST LOCATIONS EVER BUSINESS IS CONDUCTED POORLY MANAGEMENT(JOHN) SERVICE IS A BIG JOKE MOST OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND EASY TO DEAL BUT HOWEVER THEY DON_T TAKE THEIR JOB SERIOUS AND YOU CAN END UP ON A MACHINE FOR A ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES WAITING TO BE BANDAGED THEY ALSO DISCONTINUED CASH PAYMENTS AND IS NOW USING DEBIT CARDS WHICH MIGHT BE DIFFICULT FOR ANYONE DONATING 690ML CAUSE YOU_LL ONLY RECEIVE 20 BUCKS WHICH YOU WILL BE CHARGED A ATM FEE AND PROBABLY WANT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY UNTIL THE SECOND TIME AROUND UNLESS YOU GO TO A CASH BACK PLACE SUCH AS WALGREEN OR CVS BASICALLY ITS JUST NOT WORTH THE TIME OR TRAVEL IF YOU_RE A 690ML DONOR OR HAVE TO TRAVEL ACROSS TOWN

  THERE IS A MEDICAL ASSISTANT THERE THAT IS A HISPANIC (P.R. DESENT) That has a problem with some of the african american donors seems she has a chip on her shoulders and she resents having to service then she acts as if they are all lyers and she's very disrespectful to them i think the good people should take note and start discharging obvious racist people from public facilities dont let bad people try to disrespect your race for their own insecurities They are shooting from all directions!!

  It is a vary shady facility, they seem to have a resident drug dealer who hangs out in the lobby, he was their both times I visited the place, he seemed to have free range of the entire facility and seems to be friends with a few of the doctors. In addition, the staff/technicians do not seem to be the most professional, I watched one doctor remove a needle from one patient, and bandage the arm and then turn around and do the same thing to another patient without changing his gloves.

  They collect plasma only. They pay $30 and $40 for your first two donations, then it varies by weight (for example at 160lbs I'd get $20 for the first and $25 for the second donation each week) Walk-in only :-(
