Normally I have no problem with them when I donate blood. However I had fallen on hard times and heard about donating plasma. Since I was already familiar and comfortable with Rex I thought I would try them first. I merely stopped by to ask them some questions. I was very polite, and happy. However I was met with a rude, unwelcoming, and unsmiling lady, who ruined the who thing. Thus I shall take my blood and my donations else where. Some place I know won't monopolize them.
