Bio Life in Menasha is wonderful! I can make my appointments online, so when I come in I'm seen right away and never have to wait. All of the staff are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The also have a supervised playroom, so I can bring my 4 year old with me. The playroom teacher is so great with the kids, my son loves going there and never wants to leave. This place is quite a drive for me, but I won't go anywhere else!

Most of the people who work here (with the exception of 2 grouchy ones I can think of) are very nice and friendly. But, they are often understaffed and keep you waiting for far too long. There have been several times where I had to wait in the waiting room for 30 to 45 minutes or had to wait for a bed. A couple times I spent 2 hours there due to waiting so long.
