  GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS. I'll be honest - I donate to see the honeys! Great Falls Biolife has done a outstanding job at hiring hotties that are nice and fun to talk to. They are the best at poking people, and the attitude in there is pretty professional with just the right amount of flirty. Makes my day to have hot nurses take my plasma while i kick back, relax, and watch them work.

  For several years after it opened, the Great Falls BioLife center was a great place to go. It has a good management team and an inviting, warm, friendly atmosphere. Donors were treated as family. About three years ago, all that changed. Some new managers were put in place and the quality of service plummeted. It seems now that the Great Falls center just grinds up staff and spits them out. Turnover is rampant and customer service in nonexistent. I can no longer recommend the Great Falls center, to anyone.

  My opinion has not changed: The Great Falls Biolife center is living proof of why competition is a good thing. The center gets away with terrible treatment of its donors only because they do not have an alternative. Our economy is in poor shape, and people are desperate for money. They must either put up with the rude treatment or go without the money. There is no alternative.. It's sad to see that rather than confront and fix its problems, Biolife has people post false comments to make th center look good. Get people who treat the donors decently and get gopod comments the old-fashioned way: Earn them.

  I see an employee of the wretched Great Falls BioLife facility has posted under the name \_Randy\_ and written a pr0longed piece of fiction defending the embarassment of a facility. The staff of the Great Falls Biolife center should write a book about how to provide poor customer service. The rude, snarly demeanor of the staff starts at the top with the incompetent, blowhard management and permeates the whole facility. The staff always treats you like you are an incovenience. Excuse me! Isn't the staff being paid to collect plasma, which Baxter healthcare can then market at exorbitant prices? The staff should be thankful we are guarateeing them a job. The staff takes perverse pleasure in harpooning donors, stabbing them repeatedly with vigor as they awkwardly try to find a vein. Donors often leave with black and blue arms as the staff snickers at the pain they have been put through. The place is filthy, and I don't know why the FDA tolerates such unsterile conditions. The Great Falls center was a good place when it opened and for several years after that. It has fallen apart though and continues to decline. I would no recommend going there.

  I have no doubt that many of the negative posts here are from donors who are permanently banned from donating because of their behavior. The Great Falls Biolife is one of the best in the country. I have been to several, and in Great Falls you truly see a sense of pride in what they do. I have been donating for years and have seen many staff come and go and i must say that the staff that is there now is one of the beast teams i've ever seen. The place is spottless, the service is superior. Sure everyone has their off days, but his is a medical facility, and outcomes cannot always be predicted. for those peopel having bad experiences, from what i've witnessed, it is usually because they do not take good care of themselves healthwise and end up having reactions. Then they jump on this website and bash the place like its a hell hole. Don't be decieved!!!.. Go and see for yourself just how professional they are, and how rewarding it is to participate in such a valuable process.

  Why hasn't the FDA closed this place? It has cantankerous staff that don't follow safe medical procedures. The managers there are bullies and are hated by the staff, which takes their anger out of the donors.

  I donated about 3 years ago and the center had staff that was always in a hurry and the sticks were 50-50--some staff does great sticks and some not so good--I quit going because of it and started again the last 2 months I find the place clean and the lab staff very professional and alert to problems with customers as in the medical field that is a given things will happen, however I do find a few of the customer service to be a little rude and act as if you are a number and not acknowledge you as a person, the nurses are also trained and professional and look out for the customers to keep them safe-I did not know much about the last managers , but the black manager sorry do not know his name may be TJ--is very friendly, keeps his eye open and jumps in and helps when get busy there is another manager again sorry I do not know his name he is bald and he is rude and acts like customers and staff do not exist and he could care less about being where he is--I notice tention with staff whenever he walks the floor -I have never seen him help or acknowledge good suggestions from other staff--I am in management and have been for years--I can observe things others may not see--I think Great Falls BioMed is like any other business-80% of staff OK --10% outstanding and 10% poor attitutes and negative-I would like to make a suggestion double donation money on your birthday and some kind of bonus for customers who are long term donors ( bonus after 1yr-2 yr etc)I plan to donate 2 week to help with gas money as long as I have lab tech's and nurses who take great care to ensure I am safe.

  Speaking of crap, if that's how you like to be treated, I recommend you go to the Great Falls Biolife center. It's where customer service goes to die. I have never seen a more grouchy, rude bunch of people in my life. They make donors feel like they should be apologizing for coming in to donate plasma. isn't that why the center exists? I have heard rumors that the center will be closed. I'll miss the money but not the staff.

  wow, i cannot believe the crap people are writing on this site. i have been donating for two years, and have never been treated poorly by anyone there. the staff there have always been polite and considerate, and the new management has really turned the place around. it sounds to me like a few people have made up names so they can post lies....sour grapes for sure. this is a good place to go for some extra money. don't believe all the crap your have been reading here. good job to all the staff.

  All I can say is the Great Falls BioLife center is lucky this town is in a deep recession and most of its residents are desperate for cash. That's the only reason people are willing to put up with the crappy sevice they receive at this center. The staff seems to be poorly trained, the center is always a mess and it appears no one manages the dump. What happened to this place? It was great when it opened and was a pleasant place for a number of years. It has turned into Dante's Inferno. I have heard rumors that it will be closing, which is sad. It used to be such a 0nice place.

  I feel like the staff does a great job of treating the donors with respect, considering the varied clientele they deal with. I have been donating for over 3 years now, and as with any medical procedure you cannot predict the outcome, but you hope for the best. I have seen many, many staff come and go in that 3 year period and only a few familiar faces remain, however the latest batch of new hires seem to be very capable AND friendly. I take advantage of my time there to practice personal observation. It never ceases to amaze me when donors don't take the initiative to help assure themselves a pleasant experience. Not hydrating and not eating or unhealthy habits are things that can practically guarantee you will NOT have a pleasant experience. That is not the centers fault. When you start donating they are very clear about what we as donors need to do to optimize the experience, if you don't do what you are suppose to and you don't speak up if you feel things are not going well, then that is your own fault NOT the center. I am a friendly, outgoing person and I think that helps me garner respect and attention not just there, but in life in general. One can only expect to get back what they put out. I'll bet the people complaining on here never even said anything directly to the center. All the staff on the floor are on their feet ALL day, they barely get a break and cannot even chew gum or get a drink. I have a luxury of a job where I can go to the bathroom, chew gum and drink at my leisure. Those phelbotomists especially have a very challanging job and I applaud them for sticking with the odd schedules and lack of freedom to secure a decent paying job with benefits. So, if you don't like it don't go. Last time I checked it was a voluntary process.

  Iy you think the Great Falls BioLife center is a bad place to visit as a donor, you should try working there. The managers are hostile toward the employees --always yelling at them and berating them. This is inexcusable behavior. Morale has been in the dumper for more than a year, and it continues to fall.

  I have been more than patient, but I have had my fill with this joint. It was a little over a year ago that management changed at this place. The Great Falls center used to be run by a very outgoing and helpful manager. As an added bonus, she also was very easy on the eyes. The staff was well trained, always courteous and always helpful. Having that manager leave was the worst that that ever happened to this joint. She was replaced with a couple of rude witches, who, frankly, are very hard on the eyes. They are rude to customers_ and their terible attitudes seem to rub off on the whole staff. Morale seems to be in the dumper and the staff is always bickering. They all seem to hate their jobs, and they take it out on their donors. Enough is enough. You can't pay me enough to put up with this staff.

  I've gone to the Great Falls BioLife several years. Over the past year and a half, I have seen the place take a nosedive. It is time to shut this dump permanently. The incompetent staff nearly killed a donor, leaving her sprawled out on the floor crying and shaking in fornt of other donors. The staff seemed to blame the donor for having a reaction. Perhaps if they hid qualified people who didn't butcher donors_ arms as they try to tap a vein, donors wouldn't have such reactions. This center used to have a great staff. That's all in the past. If you really need money and don't mind being treating rudely by poorly paid, untrained staff, go to the Great Falls BioLife center. Please realize that your life is in the hands of a truly bottom-of-the barrel staff.

  BioLife has a terrible reputation. They dont pay their people anything and have very poorly trained staff who often injure and in some cases kill donors. Thye also promise $20 to $25 a vist and sometimes cut the pay to $5, saying the individuals plasma was of low quality. Most of the people giving plasma are homeless and in desperate need of cash, so it is very pathetic how they take advantage of people.

  I just came to town about a year ago, and started donating for some extra cash, heck who can argue with an extra $200 a month, plus bonuses? Not this guy. Anyways, I've never had a problem there at all. The staff has always been nice and for the most I feel welcome, people have their off days but overall it's not that bad. My worst experience has been when being stuck they missed the vein, moved the needle around (Because the FDA only allows them to insert a need twice) until blood started flowing. From this action, instead of switching arms as I suggested, was a bubble started forming and then blood started leaking and it was extremely uncomfortable. They pulled the needle out, gave me an ice pack and stuck my right arm. What bothers me is I they gave me no care instructions, I didn't know I was supposed to put heat on it for 20-30 mins every hour or so. I wasn't informed of this until about 4 days later when I showed up for my next appointment. I have a HUGE bruise on my left arm from this, which looks bad. Other than that, I've had no problems there.

  well trying adding NEVER changing their gloves, or getting sloppy when drawing blood and simply wiping it off with a little piece of gauze instead of sanitizing, to the list of rudeness. In my opinion, Biolife of all places should practice clean and sanitary service, equipment and staff.

It is very poorly run and, as a donor, I am insulted by the way I am treated there. Excuse me for trying to give the center a donation.

  The Great Falls BioLife center is an example of how not to run a business. The only reason people keep going back is that we are in a deep recession, and people are desperate for cash. The center was once, as other folks posting here note, a good place to visit. However, since last fall the center has fallen apart. Donors never no when -- or if -- the center will be open. If the center is open, you can expect to wait and wait and wait until you are served. While you wait, though, you are treated to continual rude treatment by staff. I wouldn't recommend the Great Falls BioLife to my worst enemy.

  If you like to wait a long time and be treated like dirt by staff, I strongly recommend donating plasma at the Great Falls BioLife center. You'll be treated to sarcastic comments, talked down to and leave feeling like that was one of the worst experiences of your life. You'll also be left wondering how BioLife managed to recruit so many rude people. This can't be a coincidence. The BioLife human resources people must strive to recruit such hostile folks.

  I was very surprised to see the other comments posted on the BioLife in Great Falls. I have been a long time donor and have always had great customer service. The staff is fun and professional. I am always seen at or before my appointed time. The facility is spotless. There have been a lot of changes since October but I think they are for the better. I highly recommend donating at this center.

  The Great Falls center is dirty, unorganized and staffed by rude, poorly trained staff. This wasn't always the case, but the facility has gone down hill rapidly since late last year. The number of donors continues to fall, and the center has cut back its hours and closed on Saturdays as a result. Staff memebrs have told me that the rumor is that the center will be shut down for good.

  What's the use in giving BioLife Great Falls time. It's a disaster. It appears the main qualification for working at the Great Falls center is to be rude. This wasn't always the case. It used to be a pleasure coming to BioLife, but it just fell apart last fall. All the good staff left, and the new management doesn't have a clue. They hire people that are even ruder and stupider than they are. I guess that's their way of feeling good about themselves; they sure don't care about their donors anymore.

  BioLife in Great Falls is not what it once was. The hours have been cut drastically, and it is no longer open on Saturdays. Many of the quality, longtime staffers have left in since early November. I'm willing to give the new management time, but it has a long way to go to return to the level of service it once had.

  The Great Falls BioLife used to be a great place to donate. Since about the beginning of November 2008, it has gone through a complete transformation -- for the worse. Most of the good staff has left. The repalcements are poorly trained and rude. The new manager uses profanity and encourages other staffers to do the same. It's not uncommon to hear staffers yelling at each other with expletive-loaded sentences. Morale is terrible. The staff seems to hate each other. The staff treats donors like they are major inconveniences.
