The whole process reminded me of the dmv if the dmv people were friendly. The man doing the _sensitive question_ interview was very professional. The lady who did the finger prick tests made me laugh so hard I didn't feel it. However there was a girl who was supposed to see if she could find a vein on my arm did so begrudgingly and awkwardly. I'm sure she was new and pretty sure she's been weeded out since then. Going back soon.

Comments: this place sucks , these ppl treat you as if you are cattle and not humans doing a service for our commuinty ! I know we are ge ttinf compinsated for our donations , but we are still doing our community a big justice .. They are poorly trained and totally unfriendly.
