Well-organized with a professional staff. After the initial screening process, it takes about 45-50 minutes to do a plasma donation

Well I like to go donate they are friendly people they care about you there. When you are done they make sure that everything is fine with you. But I'll tell you this if you have a attuide and are disrepectful they will give you what you dish out just like any one else.

A nice, clean facility.Have been donating here for a couple of years and haven't had any problems. Will recommend to everyone. Some of the employees have attitudes, but most are nice so it make's up for the ones with the attitudes. Over all worth the trip.

Awful. The receptionists are rude (maybe even racist). I had a 4 hour wait before I could even begin donating. I couldn't get a clear answer on what i need to donate a second time. At least the nurses taking the plasma were professional. They kept the area clean and knew what they were doing. They are the only reason I gave more than one star.

Horrible. Just horrible. i have been 5 times and have tried to donate, but they wont let me because of eczema on my arms that is next to invisible. One time it was completely gone very light scars and only very light scars were left, they said that needs to heal up to because \_its over the puncture site\_, when in actuality its nowhere NEAR where they would put the needle in. i have very large veins so its not like its hard to aim. Time and time again i have been embarrassed by the staff looking at my arms in the waiting room in front of everyone, drawing attention. Being they are the only plasma center in the area that pays, i'm out of options. They are VERY cryptic on their donors as well and i have waited once while they wernt busy for over 2.5 hours with no one seeing me. thanks guys. thanks a lot.

I HAVE DONATED AT BIOMAT FOR A FEW YEARS. LATELY THE SERVICE HAS BECOME VERY POOR. THEY HAVE STOPPED LETTING THE DONORS WATCH THE TELEVISION AND WON_T EVEN LET US LISTEN TO MUSIC. I DON_T KNOW WHY THE CHANGE HAS COME BUT I HOPE IT GETS BETTER. IT WAS SO NICE IN THE PAST AND THEY HAVE FIRED THE BEST PEOPLE. THANKS

I have donated here for a long time. The management_ staff are terrific. They understand that we need assistance and give assistance by donating. People from all walks of life donate..there is no color or age..just plasma.

I had a great experience with biomat and I would tell everyone to go and help the cause and earn extra cash while doing it.
