denied to give when they found out I spent ONE night in Cancun?? I eventually checked the CDC and they said I could certainly give plasma as there is no restriction. However I am on a 1 year denial list. I guess they don't REALLY need blood. Did anyone say \_common sense\_?

Their website is horrible, the phone number was not in services anymore. Then when I found their actual phone number on Google Maps, I called and it said press 1 for whole blood donations. So I press 1 and it says invalid option that it was going to transfer me. It rings and rings and rings no answer, no message telling me why. Not a good experience for a first time donation.
