I donate blood platelets on a regular basis in Geneva and have always been greeted with a smile from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is the best around. You can see the teamwork in action especially when they are short handed. No matter how stress their day is they are always very pleasant, stay focused and make you feel like you are the queen for the day in their hands. Thank you all!

Me and my Daughter are unable to donate blood due to our living in Europe in the late 80's, however after I needed 5 Units of blood for an emergency cardiac surgery, my son in law donated at the Heartland Blood Center of Geneva to help replenish what I had used. I went with him and the staff was just delightful, the regulars of the center were just very knowledgeable and had fun with their jobs. You could tell they really enjoy what they do, especially a young gentlemen who graced us with a joke about chicken coops! I've since highly recommended to everyone I know that they should donate there. I wish I could give a rating of 20, the people were really the ones that made the visit so delightful!
