For the most part my experience was ok, but the tall skinny girl has an awful attitude. She was just down right sour. Im not sure if she was having a bad day but I know the past 2 times I have been there she has been awful. I will now be donating at another center. Management should really tell her to get a new attitude or get a new job...

I was in on 8-26-13 the girls in front office talked about a lot of nasty things then after 40mins they waited on me, made it to the nurse while she then took another 35 mins to get to me as she sat in office doing nothing, went and sat for 10 mins waiting to go donate finally made it to a bed and that was another project in its self the young girl who took care of me was the worst of all of them, I thought it couldn't get any worse then the girls in office and nurse but boy I was wrong the girl on floor topped my cake,I will never go back. The management was a joke like the staff.

there was a worker there - Heather is rude and ignorant-wont be going back there- don't recommend this place to anyone- others are rude too but it is just crazy how ignorant she was with her bad attitude. I filed a complaint with the company also.

its a sham because the type of people you see going in and out of this place really bring down the area. most people wont even shop at the local stores because of being frightened. this place belongs somewhere else. not here

Whoever gave this place 5 stars and wrote that ridiculous rant about how hard the people work and how nice they are must be one of them.

bad really bad. I donate not for the money just for the cause and Ill find another way to do charity work. There really should be a standard when hiring some of these employees. I mean come on. Ill go somewhere else. Never Again!

stop bad talking the way these girls look they are not there to look pretty they are there to do a job, and from what i can tell a pretty tough one , they dont get payed well at all and are treated bad by management on top of having to deal with rude, ignorant, smelly scummy donors looking for a piece of ass to look at and money for a dime bag. grow up if you dont like go out and get a real job instead of selling your plasma.

When ur dealing with animals its kinda like a zoo! I have been donating for many years now and I know what these girls are put through. As for there looks what does it matter most of the girls wouldn't give these guys the time of day! Every girl there has a college background
- shelia2012-06-28★★★★★
these employees are a joke. They couldnt get into a real college so they went to a technical school or probably none at all. you can feel how low class they are when you walk in. when you see the staff you will know what I am talking about.

I felt like I was in a crack house. Who hires these people. I know looks shouldnt matter but when you are rude and ugly, come on. I am a guy and these girls look like they came out of a back alley. Thomas I know what you mean about the one with the big nose and crooked front teeth. Her name began with an H something. These people look like inbreeds.
- bill thomas2012-04-23★★★★★
the staff are really rude. most of them look like they are hungover and the girls are rude. most of them stand around and talk about their personal lives especially the one with the big nose.
- unknown2012-04-23★★★★★
why do these employees look like they are all cracked out. Seriously I will never let one of these people come near me again.

What a joke. This place is a damn zoo. The management staff has their heads ups their asses. That jerk, Shrek look alike, manager wouldn't let me donate because I didn't have a piece of mail. The center manager just walks around trying to look pretty instead of doing her job. Stay away from this zoo!!

The center is ok, but for the past few visits I have been SEVERLY bruised.... I think it is ridiculous! The younger girls that work there are very nice but they are not experienced enough and they bruised my arm twice already so severe that I can not wear short sleeves for about a week.

The medical supvs. took my info and gave me a physical. I told her I was diabetic and she said it wasn't an issue as long as I am not taking insulin (I'm not). Just some pills for same. My BP was a little high but within limits. Then she went on _ on about how the dates of my military service do not line up exactly on the questionaire and said I couldn't donate. This is a whitewash! Half of the people in there looked like they strung out on crack. Yet I am supposed to beleive that they will accept diabetics on oral medication but disallow you because a couple of dates are a little fuzzy from 30 years ago?? That's bogus and they know it! IMO they are practicing selective discrimination and encouraged to disqualify patients with certain ailements (even though written company policy accepts them). I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the EOC.

Worst business ever very ignorant staff refused due to scars from a past work injury this place shuld b shut down staff sits around more then taking care of donors business grade f-----------i will never return there and advise others not to
- jelene2009-10-02★★★★★
they changed the rules and did not notify anyone. if you have not donated for 30 days. you can not go there for 6 months. if you return you have to take physical and stuff again. they could have sent a flyer or emailed people. they have all our info........

FYI, I called, and they do plasma only, unlike some of the other Interstate companies. They pay $30 and $40 for the first two donations, then it varies based on weight. For example at 160lbs $25 for the first visit and $30 for the second visit of each week. walk-in only :-(

% of the staff are really nice and that makes up for the other 50% who rush, are rude and basically treat donors really badly.
