  The staff here is ALWAYS friendly to me. They have laws they have to go by of course as does everyone. Brittany Brandi and Paris are all awesome at finding my stubborn veins. Wait times can be long some days. In my opinion that just shows how popular this center is. My visits are always pleasant. No complaints here.

  I don't appreciate the lady who did my physical and tried to say I lied about dates on my priecing I told the lady about it maybe she needs to clean her ears out or something now I can no longer donate I will not be referring anyone to this place because they lie!

  Horrible. Rude staff, long wait, and constant backpedalling on rules. You can go in one day, they say one thing about rules, and if you go in another day, they say something completely different. They care too much about whether you dyed your hair different from the original identification photo, but they don't give a sh!t about the donors smoking pot in the parking lot. I'd rather sell my few possessions than go back, at least then, I won't be scrutinized while they are stabbing me with a needle.

  I have health issues in my knees, I can NOT stay on a _SPECIFIC_ day to day schedule, BUT I _WAS_ under an understanding MONDAY THRU SATURDAY was _the week_ with ONE DAY IN-BETWEEN donations. I HAD gone on a FRIDAY and then MONDAY once before, I WAS NOT EVER told I _HAD TO_ stick to SPECIFIC SAYS! I drove 18.9 miles ONE WAY at a time money IS TIGHT, only to be told I HAD TO GIVE..._SEVEN DAYS_ IN BETWEEN! I signed in at 9:43 am on11/25/2013, I _did_ say to the BACK OF THE HEAD of a woman _heavy-set_, black with glasses... and she would not reply to m. PROFESSIONAL HUH..._ NO!_ THE _PEOPLE_ working at these_DONATING facilities SHOULD FIRST OFF BE _POLITE_ AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL THE OPTIONS (OR LACK THERE OF) FOR donating days! I WILL be sharing _MY_ PERSONAL event with this!

  My experience at this center was wonderful.I was very pleased with the ladies up at the front office, they were helpful, considerate, and very nice. Holly, Meagan, Tisha and Leah were the ones that assisted me while I was there. I definately would recommend this center to anyone wanting to donate Plasma in this area.

  They will get over on you there.Nomatter what you will get $25.00 for you donation. Most city pay start at $40.00 then it gose by your size. Now they have it where the its 40 for the first Five donation

  i went there without an appointment. even though i was there for a long while. this one particular worker stood out from the rest LATISHA i think was her name. at first i thought she was being mean.but she just told me exactly how it was. but she checked on us every 30min or so, and kept us informed. my sister and i donated.and she welcomed us back when we left.

  The staff has always been pleasant and friendly. They are very professional and a large diverse crowd. I'm new to the state and this was a great way to see a wonderful workforce.

  Overall, my experience was terrible. The staff was rude. I'll never go back and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Oh, and the prices listed outside of their business are misleading.

  I have not been there, but called and found: they pay $30 and $40 for the first two donations, then pay varies by weight. For example, at 160lbs, $25 for the first and $30 for the second visit each week. A big bonus is that those with appointments get priority over walk-ins, but they do accept both.
