  After reading the reviews you would notice that they are either a 1 or 5 rating. Hence the 3 average. This place is very organized and impressively quick even in heavy donor conditions. Many reviews will agree with me. I have been going their for 3 months now and have had maybe one or two inconveniences during these visits. I only have one thing to say to all those butt-hurt people who have a fit or won't go back after one bad experience, that's the way the world is you morons. Talecris does a fantastic job almost all the time. We all have our days, Chill out and live with it.

  Very disrespectful. After waiting hours to get through the screening for my first ever appointment they told me I couldn't donate due to having had a piercing in the last year. I was not very happy about waiting for so long. When asked why they couldn't put this information up ahead of time with the info about not being able to donate if you are pregnant, they blew me off. What a waste of time. If they would state requirements ahead of time then they could weed out the people who definitely won't be able to donate instead of making them wait for hours. Never have gone back since then.

  This place is pretty awesome. Far superior than any plasma center I have been to. The center manager is a great and smart guy. He, the other managers and staff are very competent, know their jobs well and are very friendly. I have been donating there for years and love getting the know the staff. Nothing but professionalism from this place!

  I have donated for many years and this by far the best center I have visited. There was an issue with some of my paperwork o get started. The Center Manager was very helpful and friendly in explaining the rules and offering suggestions on how to fix the problem. He told me to go home and get a piece of mail and he would take care of me. When I returned the manager worked me in and even gave me a few extra dollars because of my inconvenience. GREAT BUSINESS!!

  The Center Manager does not know what he is doing. His staff thinks he is incompetent and has no respect for him. He stays in his office all day and does not interact with staff. Worse Management ever!!!

  I was a long term donor there. I will not be coming back after today. I only had 5 people ahead of me on stand by when signing the sheet shortly after 12pm. Over 3 hours later, I finally get processed through, to find out that there are still 8 more people ahead of me waiting to be sticked. They then asked me to leave that area because I wasn't allowed to stand. I explained that there weren't any chairs left. They said I would have to stand in the lobby instead, because there weren't any chairs left either. And the guy who told me that was cold and rude about it. After another 20 minutes another chair finally became available. There were still 7 people ahead of me and by then it was going on 4PM, so I had to leave, with other commitments already pushed back. In that regard, even though I passed the screenings I wasn't able to donate or get paid for any of my hours of time. Had I stayed, I probably would not have finished proccessing till at least 6pm, and with only 5 people ahead of me when I signed up at the beginning....This was by far the worst plasma experience that I've had in all the years donating plasma.

  Absolutely the most ridiculous process I have ever gone through. They lost my appointment, put me on standby, after a two hour wait they asked for my license and ss card. My name is Clinton B. Christensen. They wouldn't let me donate because my license says Clint B. Christensen, even though my marriage license says Clinton B. Christensen. Clint, short for Clinton, makes sense doesn't it?? Don't waste your time. And I mean a lot of time. Absolutely disappointed in Talecris to put it lightly.

  A cleaner, friendlier facility than others I have been too. They get busy at times so you might have a hard time getting in a soon as you want, but I feel safer donating there.

  This center is very professional. You need to learn their nuances and plan accordingly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When you do not have an appointment plan on an extended visit, as much as 4 hours.

  This is the best plasma center I have ever been to and I have donated at several. They are very busy and sometimes it is hard to get an appointment but they try really hard to accomodate everyone. I had a problem once with my schedule and the Center Manager was very friendly and helpful in fixing the situation. I have recommended this center to my friends.

  This center is very clean and most of the people are very nice and friendly, but their have been a couple that seem very put off by having to deal with me. In one case I just called to double check on an appointment so I wouldn't miss it and the lady was really rude to me. It is hard to get in because they are so busy.

  If you are considering donating at talecris, RUN FAR AND RUN FAST!! Nobody is that poor to put up with their lack of competencies. I believe they have to pay just a little more than other centers just to keep people coming back.

  When i first called this place, i was put on hold for 10 minutes and had to call back. Then, the earliest appointment I could get here was two weeks in advance. After organizing transportation to and from the place, and planning my day around the 3 hour appointment, they called me 10 minutes before to tell me my appointment had been cancelled and I wouldn't be able to get another appointment for an additional 2 weeks. I wouldn't waste my time with them again.
