I called to get specific directions \_before\_ my appointment and was given wrong directions. It sits back, off of Hayden and not the easiest to find.~~ Front desk lady was very friendly and informative; woman that takes personal information had a \_sour puss\_ and didn't acknowledge me unless I asked her a question. She rambled through all required questions super fast. She was not a happy camper. Staffer that took blood was OK. They could use a PR class for sure, as donors are giving up their time, etc. and you'd think they'd be more appreciative and polite. I will give blood here again in June and see if it was just a bad day for this staff?

I have never spoke to someone so rude before on the phone!!! I has curious about donating blood and she said that she was getting ready to go to lunch and I would have to call back later!
