Called the number listed. Got transferred to another extension. They didn't know they did blood donations, transferred me again. They were clueless, too, and took 5 minutes to find another ext to transfer me to. Talked to one last person who called another ext and came back to say neither of them knew what I was talking about. So after consulting 5 different people at WakeMed, I was finally told to call American Red Cross or Rex Hospital.
