Donation reminders

Becoming a repeat donor is one of the most helpful things you can do. Set a reminder for when you can give again, or for your return date after a deferral.

Quick answerWhole blood can be given every 56 days, Power Red every 112 days, platelets every 7 days, and plasma every 28 days at volunteer centers. Enter your last donation to find your next eligible date and save it to your calendar.

If you are not sure, call the center to confirm, then enter the date here.

Enter your return date to save a reminder.

Privacy by design: this reminder is saved to your own calendar. BloodBanker does not collect your email or phone, stores nothing, and sends nothing. There is nothing to unsubscribe from.

How reminders work here

We calculate your earliest general return date and save it as a calendar event with a one-day-ahead alert. The reminder lives entirely in your own calendar. We do not ask for your email or phone, so there is no list to join and nothing to unsubscribe from.

This is general educational guidance, not a final eligibility decision. Donation centers make final eligibility decisions during confidential screening. Rules may vary by center, donation type, location, and current policy.

Our no-monetization pledge

BloodBanker does not use affiliate links, paid rankings, or ads on mission pages. We do not sell donor health information. We link to official donation organizations so people can donate safely and locally.
