my experince with biolife was horible when there were issues with my donations and I asked qustions I was accused of being rude, and management told me I would never be allowed to donate again. right now I am trying to get ahold of corpret to see if there is any thing I can do to rectify this situation. we will see what happens

BY FAR THE WORST phlebotomists EVER. THEY HAVE A LACK OF KNOWNLEDGE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WAS DEFERRED TODAY BECAUSE THEY MISSED THE VEIN, THIS WAS ONLY MY 2ND DONATION IN 4 MONTHS.
