I called the number and talked to a guy on the phone that told me that appointments weren't being used anymore, they just take walk in's. So I go in and they tell me that I need to make an appointment. So I set the appointment up and 3 hours later am told that it would take about 2 1/2 hours to get everything done. I was there for 3 hours and still not even close to being done with all the paperwork. and most of that time was sitting in the lobby waiting for them to quit talking to each other and get things done. Very Very disorganized, slow, and I'd go so far as to say Rude.

I was thinking of donating but maybe not after reading comments and from what my friends have told me about donating in pocatello.

I have donated plasma, at other plasma corporations. The one is the worst that I have every done business with. They are not very kind to older users. At this center in Pocatello the employees wait on their friends first. Older patrons are always being told that they cannot donate for one reason or another. If they cannot think of a reason they will make one up. It is nice to know that you are helping individual's even as you are being paided. But the money will nice as well. To date I have lost $275.00 that is a good piece of pocket change. The last time I even passed all of the screening and way on the table waiting to donate and then I was told that I could not donate. Even after they had taken the blood out of my finger. I have never run into this before at any other center. I do not like being treated this way. I do not like it at all. Royce E.
