Not the best place in the world to go. Yes the facility is clean and neat, but a large majority of the staff is highly unprofessional. I have had several unsatisfying experiences with them. If the employee ends up making a mistake, they defer the donor from being able to donate at the center for 8 weeks. Something messes up with the machine, they defer you for 8 weeks. One of my donations ended up with me covered in blood because they weren't paying attention when they moved the needle and ripped it out of my arm, spraying my return all over me and the chair and floor. On top of the screw ups, the staff has several people who are also rude, and some even go as far as to insult, even when your standing no less than 5 feet away from them. I definitely do not suggest going unless you are absolutely sure the donation money is worth it.

I originally wanted to go to Biolife since it looked cleaner and in a better area than CSL, even though Biolife was farther from me. I called them to see if I was in the marketing radius so I could donate with them. They told me I was so I drove 20 minutes to donate for my first time. When I get there I wait for an hour before anyone even knowledges me. Finally they start putting me into the system which takes a half hour. Well once they get me processed in their computer system they then look up my address in a book and tell me that I'm out of their marketing radius and I can't donate. I'm like great why the fuck did you tell me I could donate when I called? I wrote to corporate and never got a response. Great...real unprofessional. The facility looked really nice and clean, but I don't appreciate being lied to.

Biolife is very clean, and the employees are polite. It only takes about 1 hour, a little longer for your first visit. You can go 2 times a week. The First visit you get 20 dollars the second you get 30.
