  I used to go here untill they started needle hooking my arm and it swelled up because they couldnt right and it bruised severly. So I gave it another chance. Now I cant even get someone to answer my calls and if they do I am immediately put on hold and dont hear from anyone after that. I think this is rude and unprofessional behavior. I am now looking for a new place to donate

  I began using this facility mid - 2011, the staff seemed to be polite and answered my questions. Early 2012 to date some of the people at this facility seemed VERY unprofessional in the work ethic. It's very sad when a few people make it difficult for others who actually do their jobs and make the visit a pleasant experience. Martha; Sharon, Chris, Alex, Danielle, and Diane are among those who contribute to a positive experience at this center, but I've had several overwhelmingly negative experiences here whereas only the first person I mentioned was available to help and fix the problem and I would like to say thank you so much Martha for making my visit (s) positive, I'm just worn down from the low-moral that seems to impact this facility and I will not return to Bio mat.

  Everyone there IS EXTREMELY NICE and make you as comfortable as possible. HOWEVER why is it that EVEN IF U HAV an APPT. you still end up waiting forever, before you are called back? Whats the point of the appt??
