The \_vampires\_ of this facility are always friendly and professional! I've been donating apheresis platelets here for over a decade and would go no where else. The beautiful facility itself has recently had a major upgrade and is just across from Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.

The staff is always nice. When donating platelets I used to always use two veins, the only problem is that only a couple of the staff can do \_my\_ veins. Others either hurt me or have a hard time or have opinions about the ones that I use. Its just kind of a hassle. Just like the questions for frequent donors, even when I donate every two weeks. Also there is no cash compensation.

I wish some of the questions could be eliminated for donors who give regularly 3-4 times a year. Maybe one day there will be a version which address any current changes of the blood donor as opposed to inquiries of over 10-20 years ago.
