This place is ridiculous. Worst service ever it shouldn't take a whole day to donate when being a new donor and if you are told to come back and try again you shouldn't have to go back over everything again like watching the video...just check my blood again and let me know so I can go on my way some people are actually doing this help not just for money...

I came in at eleven oclock. It is now twelve minutes to two and I am still waiting to donate. This is not my first donation here, but it is very likely my last. I wouldnt mind if the wait was really necessary, but since nobody really appears to be working very hard i tend to credit it to poor organization and apathetic staff.

Too many gangster types allowed and tolerated in the establishments. The unsavory donars are allowed to curse loudly and act disrespectfuly. Many of them brag about there exploits and illegel activities. Security must try to maintain silence, peace and calm. Very uncomfortable enviroment. I will after my 4th donation seek another location. too many threatening characters and jeers tolerated. its just a matter of time before someone gets hurt or killed there. Althoug most of the staff are kind there are 1 ore 2 that are down right angry and dont want to work there and let every body know every chance they get.
