Today I seen the security guard pull a gun on a guy that was defending his sister, his sister was having to us his phone because she got defered. The security guard said he didn't care if she had to sit for two hours in the hot sun she just had to get out of there. Same security guard looks the other way when a drug deal is going down in the plasma center. They treat you like scum, and expect you to put up with it. Sorry excuse a professional place. Will never go back.

Brought all the documentation passed all tests. Had complete physical and blood work previous to coming in. They noticed marks from lab test from physical and asked for records. Spent time and money to get records which show results of recent extensive blood work as well as regular lab work going back 20 years. Now they want doctor to write opinion. The records show excellent health and perfectly clean. It would cost more to get all they want than they will compensate in the first 8 donations. Look somewhere else unless you have nothing better to do then waste a lot of time and money.

Why will Carter Blood Care happily accept your unpaid blood donation when you have a tattoo that's less than a year old, but ZLB will look at you like you're scum? My tat was done by a licensed and reputable artist more than six months ago, but ZLB just looked down their nose at me. If you have a new tattoo or piercing, LIE about its age!!!

Do not go to this place. Worst experience in my life. Don't waste your time like I did by going here.
