  have donated at dorsey facility in tempe for six mont today had to go to emergency room after donation my arm went numb my leg started to numb up got very nauseaus and light headed.... right arm hurts and am very sore with a very large bruise, was advised by dr not to donate anymore

  I've been twice. Both times were a bit of a wait, but not a huge deal. I had a reaction the 2nd time and the staff rushed around to get me fixed up and had after care as well. Marcus is awesome, he asked me to call as soon as I got home to be sure I wasn't in an accident and I was safe. Kind of dingy but overall a little time for $35 is not too shabby. I make my car payment with the money I get from them.

  Went to zlb on dorsey donated there for years.Told I wasnt in the system and they werent taking new donors.Went to zlb 1000 broadway they tell me I am in the dorsey locations system cant donate there.Go back explain all this at dorsey Mary and some of the other women know who Iam from before.Now they say because my social has Jeff and my liscence Jeffrey I cant donate with out new Ids.have state of az fingerprint card and numerous ids with pic and social.Black man came in right behind me hadnt been there for a year or 2.They didnt even Id him just started the process.Think Mary and crew make it much harder for white donors than others.Probalby why there were very few whites dontaing.Going to file a discrimination suit against Mary and ZLB

  Multiple problems, the entire process took 6 1/2 hours. You get 50 dollars for the first 5 visits, then it depends on your weight.

  I use to donate at ZLB plasma. I miss going there. I love the hours of operation. I love the staff. The facility is very clean and tidy. I don't have to make an appointment. I had to change location, because of the low pay for donors who weigh less than 145 lbs. Thanks!

  The employees are wonderful and very helpful there are a few who arent as friendly as the others but overall they are wonderful and you don't have to worry about getting anything from it being dirty. I think Ruben is the best.

  Wait time IS a lil long for new donors but the staff is very friendly and explanatory for newcomers. Make sure you drink A LOT of water. It goes by faster and bring a book. Lukas was was best!

  The people who work there are good and know what they are doing. The money is good to. First timers expect to wait a long time. After that it normal wait is a little more than an hour.
