The staff there are wonderful and take there job very serious. And if you had a bad day at work, or just feeling down, the staff there would have you cracking up. Love every moment when im there.

agreed. the staff in front are not very friendly. along with that they are not very sanitary. wads of blood stained cotton balls are found on the floor and some techniques used by the staff are just logically dumbfounding all most as if they are just trying to push you out the door. since then I have heard personally that they plan to lower the cost of plasma to only $15

I donate all the time, I think it is unfair that they are moving way across town. People who walk there now have to ride the bus or pay for a ride. If this is going to happen , then they need to increase your payments.

I agree with the other comment. I went there a couple times and it took FOREVER. On top of the that, most (not all) of the staff was unfriendly and the waiting area was very unsanitary. I was exhausted and very disappointed when I left there.
