When I first pulled up to the center, I was not exactly thrilled. It is not in the best neighborhood. But once I got inside, it was very clean and the staff were extraordinary and professional. The ladies inside made my anxiety disappear, and had me smiling throughout the donation. I have been donating blood for many years, and will donate at this site again without reservation.
