Excellent nurses! Put me at ease knowing it was my first time donating blood. I was nervous but their caring nature put me at ease quickly. Experienced nurses, needle didn't hurt a bit! Babied me after the donation to ensure I did not become dizzy (gave me juice and cookies and kept checking on me). Would definitely return!
