Just FYI, they will not accept temporary ID (like, if you just got your drivers license renewed and you have the piece of paper as proof). Also, when you are a new donor, it takes a full 6 hours from whatever time they start processing you in until the time you actually donate.

The medical staff was awesome! I would, however, give the front office staff a 3.5 to 4.0. If you are planning to make a donation, my advice would be to go during the day and pick up a sheet that lists what documents you need. Then once you have the required documents, I would get there between 7:00 am and 7:15 am to stand in line. They don't open until 8:00 am but if you want to get in, this is how you have to do it. Except to be unavailable for anything else the rest of day. Once you have completed your physical and have made the first donation, the other visits will be quick and easy. Again, the medical staff was wonderful! They kept checking on me the whole time during my donation. I would definitely recommend this center!
