Only two I will ever allow to touch my veins are Angel and Janina. Both take their time to make sure they truly found your vein and get you the first stick without a blow. Anyone else I have had the stick was uncomfortable. One lady even blew my vein so bad I didn't realize until I was home... she was new at the time and she wasn't reassuring either. Til this day I have friends who go there that see her blow veins often. When she did mine, it felt a little off but I figured it may be nerves and my mind psyching me out... once I got home my vein was super swollen and after some time it went down but left a purple black bruise ranging from elbow crease to mid-forearm only a couple inches from my wrist and that's not over exaggerating! If you go and you have tiny or curving veins, please request Angel or Janina only!

Went a few times now. It was ok. Untill i went the third time,the nurse just stab my arm and no blood came out. So she goes for another try. Same no blood, she looks confused and walks right off.....wtf. she didn't tell anybody. This i know. I thought she was gettin help but no. Minutes later a older nurse took notice and apologized.

Have been donating since 2007, when new management took over in Sept 2009, it was disgraceful for two months, now it appears to be running smoothly. The female manager should work on smiling more, she appears to be very difficult to work for. Glad I don't have to.

Oct 13, 2009 I was a past donor in 2008. Place was excellent !! New owners/management took over Oct 1, 2009. Horrible, mismanaged, you name it !!!!!I have been there several times from Sept 20 till Oct 13, 2009, and each time gets worse. !!! Never going back !!!!!!!!!
