I've been going to this blood bank for just over a year. It's central location makes in very convenient. All the staff are very professional and cheerful. They are well organized and efficient. The best part of this blood bank is the beverages and abundance of cookies that are available to me following your donation. My wife does not allow me to eat cookies...so I am able to cheat on her by donating blood.

I have been donating blood through the mobile unit in Banning for a few years now. All personnel have been very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Kiselstein at Eisenhower told me to donate one pint of blood a week to reduce a hemoglobyn situation. I have been unable get anyone to answer a telephone at your place and am somewhat apprehensive about the professionalism and ability of your staff. Is there any way I can talk with a human being? We are, long-time donors of Eisenhower Hospital, and I was anticipating a more responsive attitude. Steve Ross.
