  Staff was rude and uninformed. The only person I had a pleasant experience with was the nice young lady at the new donor desk. everyone else was very rude and harsh. The new donor process took me 4 hours, only for them to tell me that i would be deferred for a condition that i may or may not have. I already told them what previous doctors have told me, but all they could tell me was they consulted a computer and that it told them i was to be deferred. I am usually patient, but every time I have gone into this location, something else has happened. They forget or misplace my file almost every time I am in there, and I am stucck waiting extra time. Unorganized and very unprofessional.

  quit bitching ppl if u had a problem thats their rules and u probly didnt know their rules,this is a good plasma center and bring a book and read and u get paid for just siting around and reading.

  while others may have had a good experience i did not. i am a honest person and when asked about my tattoos because of the detail in my work i was told they would not use my plasma. after 3 hours of waiting and honesty it was the worst experience by far....

  Although the first initial visit was a bit longer than I cared for-- almost four and a half hours-- it was, overall, a good experience. The staff members were very kind and hospitable, and the center was very clean and hygienic. I was lucky enough to have attendants who know how to puncture a vein without leaving a bruise, and almost entirely without any pain.

  They called me today to come in and donate. They said they would give me $10 extra for a total of $45. I told her that it would be my 3rd time and had already gotten my $35 for my 2nd time, and asked if she was sure that I would get $45 if I came in. She assured me that I would. After I gave and went to get my money, they tried to give me $20. I told them that I was called and should get $45. The manager came and said I only get $30. Basically I ditched my college class was lured down there under false pretense and after they got what they wanted out of me they wouldn't pay up what I was told at least 5 times over the phone. They will not be getting my plasma after this trickery.

  GETTING THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCCESS THERE IS THE FASTEST I'VE EVER DONE. STAFF TREATED ME VERY FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE, AND CARING. THE ATTMOSPHERE WAS PROFESSIONAL, RELAXED, AND CLEAN!!!
