hello, I went to the address listed 2933 N. 7th Street Ste. 16. This was not IBR, it was a walk in bingo place. Does this place no longer exist or has it been moved?

This was my first visit and the place was very clean and al the staff was very nice. My only problem was their voice mail said 1_ a half hours which turn out to be about 5hours. I latter found out this was because They had 2 nurses call off so all was understand able. I will be making regular visits

I have been at this facility 4 times to try an donate and every time I go I am told that they are no longer accepting new donors for the day. I am there between 9 and 9:30 am. I can not be there right at 8 am when they open because my son has to be at school by 8:30 am. I did go on Saturday showed up at 7:30 to a line of 15 people - this place is a mad house need to have another place to donate. Why only accept 10 new donors a day?

The office is currently going through a management change and making appointments for donations. A great idea in theory, especially if it gets you hooked up in a reasonable (15 - 30 mins, imho) amount of time. However, it still takes about an hour to get hooked up. They are understaffed in the _collection area_ (i don't know what else to call it) and it takes a while to get back there late in the day. As for the facilities, the mensroom has a soap dispenser that has been MIA for at least a month and could use some cleaning. THe Movies are a good touch and are a great distraction. Staff is friendly though management seems disconnected from the staff. Not bad if you need the cash.

Unprofessional, dirty, unfriendly. What more can I say? Absolutely horrible.

Bigger than Biolife was, but has many of the same staff. Machines are smaller and faster. I found it to be clean, well run, and it's open Tue through Sat.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THIS PLACE BEFORE, SO FOR ME TO MAKE AN APPT. THERE HAS TO BE SOME TYPE OF ANSWERING MACHINE TO MAKE AN APPT. IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME. WITH THIS NOT IN PLACE YOU WILL LOSE OUT ON DONORS. THANK YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL
