Sterile atmosphere, staff stay with you for the whole process and you can watch your own small TV if you wish, free cookies that are pretty much amazing, good coffee, clean waiting room. In and out without an appointment in 30-45 minutes including the post-donation wait is the best part about it so they make it easy to just drop in.
