How can the below donor give a 3 star review, but not know the payout he would get for \_donatEing plaZma\_? The whole experience is awesome. The staff is great and everyone is very knowledgeable.

After a VERY rare bruise for me, I was told by a nurse that the former supervisor that had stuck me had several bruises lately-too quick and like I was a piece of meat. Would like to know if they have a tracking system of sorts for repeat bruisers or associated with unsuccessful draws...Otherwise, love the staff and refer whenever possible

I called ahead to see if I would be ok to donate, or if I would need a note from my Dr. because I am diabetic. I was told no note was needed. I went in for my new donor 1st time visit and was turned away because my iron level in my blood was too low. The second time I went in to try to get in as a new donor I was turned away because my iron level in my blood was too low. The third time my readings were good but was then turned away and couldn't donate because they said I needed a note from my Dr. for being Diabetic. So all of that hassle for nothing when they should have told me when I first called in that I would need a Dr._s note instead of misleading me.
