i have started donating plasma. the process for me takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I want to help and give this time freely but if i am willing to go through the effort of this there should be better hours to go in then from 8-5. maybe close Monday but stay open on Saturday. Open at 12;00 pm and stay open until 9;00 pm other than that the time there is satisfactory and worth the feeling of giving.

I donate every 8 weeks. The donation center is modern and super clean. The staff seems very competent as you would expect when someone is sticking a huge needle in your arm. Their snack area, which is available after you donate, is small and could use a table. It is well stocked if you like sugar (probably a reason for that but I'm diabetic). The only non-sugar item I saw was water. The have special offerings like FREE chloresteral test. They don't have a way to remember your answers to the 25 or so questions they ask you EVERY TIME YOU DONATE. It would be nice if they could moderize their check in process versus filling out a dopey form when you arrive. Your in and out in less than an hour (usually) which is a small price to pay when giving the GIFT OF LIFE!
