Known limitations

The center export is useful, but it is a directory snapshot, not a live feed. Read these limits before you build on it.

There are no live opening hours. The export does not say whether a center is open right now.
There is no real-time appointment availability. The files cannot tell you if slots are open today.
Donation types may be unverified. We hold a type list for each center but have not re-confirmed every entry, so donation_types_status is reported as unverified.
Verification status is directory-level, not official. A verified flag means the record matched our directory checks. It is not an endorsement by the center or by any health authority.
Coverage is the United States and Canada only. Centers outside these two countries are not included.
Restored historical reviews are not a quality signal. Older imported reviews are not part of this export and should not be read as a measure of current center quality.
Several fields are not tracked and are emitted empty or as "unknown". Official website and appointment URLs, walk-in and appointment rules, and per-center verification dates fall into this group. We leave them blank rather than guess.
