They have a guy that works there and wont leave my girlfriend alone. She told him 4 time to leave her alone an he wont. This is getting old an if he keeps it up they will be in court about it. We dont go there to get hit on . They need to fire him.

I've been donating here for a while....up front Belinda does her job very we'll and she is funny. On the floor Karen is amazing and very professional and knows her job very well. Kara does her job very well also. On the otherhand there's 2 girls I guess her name is key and the other us Stephanie.key has a very bad attitude and I've heard her talk down to her coworkers.whatever she is unhappy about she doesn't need to bring it to work.Stephanie is extremely unprofessional she doesn't look clean and her conversations are very inappropriate for any job. So if u can avoid these 2 girls u will have a pleasant experience.

My experience there was pretty good I've been donating off and on for a couple years at this center. The front area they are really nice Belinda does her job very we'll....on the actual floor Karen does a great job and is very professional and glad she is still there .. Kara is also good and knows her job also....they hired a few new phlebotomist and they seen really nice...the only downside is the the girl t.c she has a very bad attitude ...also a girl name Stephanie she is extremely unprofessional and talks about personal...tooo personal about her life which is very unapprioate....if they get rid if those two things would be so much better...they r why I donate in the morning so I can deal with Karen and Kara and avoid the attitude from the other 2...it easier to come early because u can pretty much get in and out

I find it funny that a former employee says this place is unsanitary but continues to donate. Anyway, I like this place. It's quick, convenient and the people are good. The only thing I don't like is that thy don't use computers. But other than that this place is pretty cool.

Sam, for being a donor-how come you think it's so unsanitary? I have been donating here for well over a year and believe it's the cleanest plasma center on Ohio. Great people and easy money. You have to judge for yourself, not some disgruntled fired employee (probably for poor spelling).

I've been there twice and this is the first place I've been to to donate plasma. The 2nd time I went, couldn't donate because the nurse said I was healthy but I had a certain TY antibody that prohibited me from donating plasma from this center. Is there another place I can donate without the same problem? The staff was nice and didn't have to wait long. Any input on info., I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I was one of the bes phleboomist ddurig m emploment. ilove the phlebotomis there. Karen, Kara, Jemimah,Kiki are the best ones. Shoutout to my gil TC holla @ ya boy. This is a cheap company w/some real unsanitary conditions. observe and you will see. Ps i also donate there.

love this place pure entertainment every time I go. The conversations you overhear are hysterical. I donate twice a week and will continue. The only down side is for first time donors it takes between 3-6 hours. Make sure u have your ID, SS card or prof of it, and a piece of mail postmarked within 30 days of the date in which you go your first time. Make sure your mail matches your ID and is a valid ID. Also avoid eating fatty food before hand and drink Tons of water it makes the process way faster. Clean place with great people. You get 40$ your first 2 Times and thirty after that. You can donate twice a week on non consecutive days. Every sixth donation of the month you get a five dollar bonus.

I entered the center at 7:05am, 5 minutes after they had opened, and bye 8:30 my name hadn't been called. I truly believe at times that the employees has no respect for donors, nor their life style outside psma center and corporate does little to change things. And that's why I will be searching alternative methods to earn extra cash.

Times there is only 4-5 people in a 12 seat bay while you wait in the hallway for up to a hour while workers are standing around chatting 2-3 employees to a bay. Its crazy

The only issue I had was with the amount of time it took getting to the actual donation. But, there was a lot of people ahead of me. The staff was great. Very friendly. Just need to find a way to speed up the process. 6 hours is kind of crazy.

friendly and professional staff..I don't know much about medical procedures but I was impressed with the level of organization and coordinated efforts to process donors. I have been able to save a considerable amount of money from going there over the period of several months and I was actually surprised that donating could be so rewarding. great way to spend a bit of extra time for a good cause.

The best ever! I got money so fast I didn't know where to spend it! I love this place. It's clean, the people are nice and you get cash- not like the other places where they give you debit cards!

I like this place. They are polite and the people there care about you during the process. It does take time, but soon they will be automated which will make it super fast!!! I get $60 a week to watch TV. I love this place- you also get an extra $5 for each person you bring and donates.

I like the place because it is not as big as and hectic as CSL. Service is crap though. Nice people but, dont seem to interested in serving the donors. Plenty of open beds with a packed waiting room. Only After they lock the door at closing do they show a sense of urgency. Minimal wait 2-3 hours but Ive been there for 4-5 from time to time. Could be much better.

It was the worst experience. It was my first time ever donating but, i don't think that I would ever go there again. When i did call they were polite and when i first got there they were nice. But the wait was too too long and some of the people were very rude and it wasn't a good experience for me.

Hi I loved the Bio-Blood center it's way better then the other one up the street it's nasty and it takes forever and some of the workers in there don't know wat they are doing. But that's different here it's clean the workers are nice and they know wat they are doing. And another thing's it's like your in and out. that means that there fast. Good Jod you guys keep the work up. yaaaaaaaaa yaaaaaaa yaaaaaaaa yaaaaaaa yaaaaaaaaaa

Great place to go to earn extra money. Nice people and they make it so easy. They pay the most out of all the centers in Columbus and I go there two times a week and earn $70 a week. Great gas money.

I have been going to this center for almost a year now. I am always pleased. The center is very clean and the staff is always friendly. The process is not so bad either (and I'm not a big fan of needles). Easy way to make some extra $$$.

The should really inform people of the disqualifying factors before you waste 2 hours going through their bureaucratic bulls*** and pricking your finger. The staff seems nice, but they're all fairly arrogant and stuck up when dealing with clients. I witnessed them deny a man to use the bathroom because he wasn't a donor, but was waiting for his friend.

they know what they are doing. I used to go up the street but they are really dirty up there. I heard about this place and it is way cleaner and nicer than the dump up the street. I will never go to anoher center again- i am staying here.

good, easy way to make extra $, 35 first 2 donations. then its 30 for the first four, 35 for second four. so you can go 8 times a month and make $260! some of the other donors are a bit ignorant, but then again look where its located.

I have not been there, but called and got the following details for plasma donations. They pay $35 for each of your first two donations, then pay varies by weight: $30 if you are 150lbs or over, $25 if you are 150lbs or under. walk-in only, no appointments :-(

nice place, hobos? 1st time took 3 hours, they have to make sure your blood is clean of course! 2nd time about 45 mins. I will be returning

Its a good place. I went a second time and there weren't hobos or anything like that. I found a parking space on the street so I wouldn't get towed in the family dollar parking lot and they paid me 35 dollars. I tried the place up the street but it took 4 hours, this place takes less than an hour and a half. I told my friend about it and this place paid me for her donation too. Not too bad for a second time.

In a bad part of town. On the way to my car two hobos asked me for money. Minimal parking: no parking in the family dollar across the street (towing inforced). The place looked kind of run down and a bunch of dirty men who looked homeless were in the waiting room. $40 bucks though for your time

You can get paid for plasma donations! I got paid 35 dollars for my first and second time, then the third I got 30 dollars! It fast and easy. All I needed was an unexpired photo ID, social security card and two pieces of mail post dated in the last thirty days and I was in. I was done in under two hours the first time and every other time its been 45 minutes or so. I would tell everyone to do it, its quick easy tax free cash!
