hours are mon: 7am-11am, tues-sat: 7am-3pm. closed on sundays. I went here the first time and they took 11 hours!!! it was horrible waiting all of that and not sure why I did! but people say it doesnt take that long. I went there and they were done in 4 hours. ive gotten used to the routine and it usually takes an average of 3-4 hrs of donating. first 2 times i got 50$ they give you coupons for more money so everyone is different i guess. Staff s pretty friendly, but they rather have conversations with each other than servicing the patients. Overall its an okay place. money not so bad but just bring things to keep you busy while you wait
