i recommend not going there to donate some of there employees are very rude (silvia) if your a new donor be sure to go early and be sure to ask if you really can donate because they will make you wait all day and then tell you that you can not donate

PLEASE NOTE I got there at 11:18 in the morning only to be told that appts are prefered. I was kept waiting till after 4PM. Jumped thru all there hoops,was tested with a complete lack of dignity, was called a liar by 3 people including a manager then was told at 5 that I was not going to be allowed to donate. I did not want to hear why because by this point they had me reduced to tears. I will never step foot inside their door due to the way I was treated and recommened no one else go to them either.
