I've donated here for about a year now and in the beginning, I was impressed by how friendly and professional most of the phlebotomists were, but it seems now that customer friendly ettiquette has gone out the window. I've seen some of the phlebotomists handle donors without latex gloves. I've also heard them speak in a rude manner to donors, me included. I would certainly not recommend any of my relatives nor friends to come to this facility. The phlebotomists do not know how to handle their donors in a respectful manner.

Everything was going so smoothly til i sat down on that chair. I got this smiling technician who must have forgot all her training on me, luckily. I got stabbed up more times than Julius Caesar. My arm is in terrible pain as i write this review. As a first/last time donor i would say just try elsewhere, the pain isnt worth it. 8-20-2011

I went to go donate and it took a very long time I believe I was there for 5 hours but the donation process was ok. The staff was not at all informative, Kinda like robots. The person who did my physical was very nice.
