    I have been a donor for two years due to my Husbands need for Plasma regarding his fatal Illness. Most recent I have had difficulties with the center regarding my ability to donate. I have had three (3 hour long) complete physicals, passed all. I have recently submitted required Dr._s approval as well as necessary documentation on recovery, have sucessfully donated twice after but am receiving the same run around due to lack of the centers communication. I have never been this frustrated and must say the employees in general are wonderful. This lack of communication has cost me time and money. I feel the need for an explanation due to the negative lack of cooperation. I am requesting an answer regarding this situation and would appreciate your quick response. I do not understand why I'm denied the opportunity to donate. Again, this situation is not the norm for me, I have always enjoyed _ felt comfortable at BioLife. Thanks for any help.

    I am very impressed with the professionalism at the Janesville Plasma site. Although sometimes the folks seem very busy and preoccupied, they do everything to assist when needed. I hope to continue donating for a long time to come.
