Incompetence is the only way to explain this group of nincompoops!Rude and obnoxiuos is also included! I've been to four plasma centers in my life and yours truly sucks!! You also have the highest turnover ratio of employees I've ever seen! Can't seem to please anyone can you!Killem_ at the top cut off the snakes head and start over!
