Well the wait for the first visit was horribly long however the staff was very nice. The medic that took my plasma,Jaimi was gentle and patient with me. He explained the whole procedure accurately and made me very comfortable. I go back tomorow and Im at ease with that, thankyou staff members.

Processing is time consuming but acceptable given the number of donors. After one month they informed me thay had lost my original test specimen and suspended me from donating for ten days! I gave a new sample and was given $10, barely covered gas and time. Seems a bit cheap considering it was their foul up, not mine. Most of the techs are skilled and friendly, one though I have to refer to as a little rough, he was hard on entry and eventually I developed a bubble (infusion?) that resulted in some large bruises. I rate them average although I don't have any experience with other labs so my rating is questionable. I reccomend them at any rate.
