  i have tried twice to donate my plasma for the money (which is the only i would do this) and they have turned me down for no good reason stating that there was justification for their actions. wrong. they state that they cant find my veins. well then they are the only people in the world that cant find my veins. i have had an iraqi war vet, EMT, ER personal, regular doctors and medical testing places be able to find my veins. these people need to learn where people's veins are and how to reconize them.

  Awesome bunch. They remember you each time and are all friendly and have fun while working so it puts you at ease. If you've never given before this is the place to start just drink lots of water the day before and be prepared for a 3 hour process the first time you give but after that I'm out in less than 75 minutes from the time I walk it - I always make an appointment each time also

  I want to thank everyone there at Biomat. I know the first time it takes a while, but there is a reason for this. No one should complain, it is for a good cause and you get paid for it. They made it so easy for me and let me ask any questions I had. Just knowing that I am giving to something as important as this, I really don't care about the money. Thank you.

  Took forever i came in at 1030 and left at 330 just to find out i cant donate because i had a baby 5 months ago..shouldve told me before i wasted a whole day there

  I have only one complaint. They won't let you sleep while donating! Kidding, it's for our own safety. The people there are great. Very professional but also laid back enough to make you feel at ease.

  It does take a few days wait to get an appointment (think 3-5 business days, they're closed Mon but open Sat) for the first time, plan on that. There are only so many they can do in a day. Once you're past the initial donation, it's a breeze. Be sure to be very hydrated or you'll mess up the physical and have to reschedule. Once you're past all that it's a breeze. You can get appointments the same day you call or just walk in. I opt for the appointment because I want to be sure not to worry about a wait. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly. I haven't been to another place but I can't imagine them being better elsewhere. If you've never done it before and are worried, I'd do it and do it here. You won't regret it.

  Never gave before. It took a long time the first day but after that I usually get in right away and am done in about an hour and 15 minutes. Only had once instance where they didn't get the vein the first time. I'm relatively happy with my experience here.

  Called yesterday (monday) to find that this center was closed, was advised by girl that answered the phone to call back today to make an appointment for my first donation, started caliing 4 hours ago and still have not had anyone answer the phone.

  Staff there is nice, but it took FOREVER. Very long wait time, (several hours), even when you're a return donor.
