As far as the questions and assessment, they do a thorough job, as far as professionally serving you, fantastic. However, I have overheard the staff talking about which movie to put in, and choosing one based on someone they know would hate it. the movie was most likely pg, but was graphic nonetheless, and it was easy to tell which individual the staff wanted to trap, she was right in front of the tv, and they had turned the volume up loud so it seemed she could not concentrate on reading her book. then just to get in a few more lewd scenes, when she was done they left her there and wandered around, even though it was past closing time. She was obviously uncomfortable. Great personalities, staff! way to make people want to come back to save lives!

I went in as a transfer from KC and it was even more unprofessional than what I experienced in KC.. Cussing on the donation floor by multiple employees, one supervisor calling down an employee in front of everyone in the lobby... There does not appear to be any procedures to follow on reviewing med. histories because I was called in to take blood sample and QA screening twice and wasn't allowed to donate but of information that was available in the history???? When I question the procedures to the supervisor in charge, she basically replied that oops these are new procedures for us.....??? Again, what??? Oh I almost forgot my favorite... I asked if they take appointments and they said yes, so on the first day I showed up I sign up for appointments on the first two days I was scheduled. When I got there I signed in and wrote my appointment time on the box marked....appointment on the sign in sheet, I wasn't called to the floor for 45 mins past that time and when I asked them if they recognized the appointments, I was told that I should have put an \_X\_ in the box instead of the time??? And for fun I got to stay the last two times for over an hour and not allowed to donate.

This place was terrible! The movie they were showing was EXTREMELY inappropriate! (One woman did apologize though. The boss was gone, and she also thoroughly disagreed with the entertainment choice, but could not dissuade her male co-workers.) I will never go back there until the workers learn respect.
