I would like to commend Lee Randal as an excellent technician. I am a very difficult stick on any type of draw. My veins have been discribed as small, deep and wiggly. It is rare that my veins are hit the first time even with adjustments. Lee has hit my vein the first time without any adjustment and without any bruising on two donations in a row.

I have never donated blood prior to April 18th when we had my niece's blood drive at our church (great friendly staff for that blood drive as well). I have donated at the Preston Valley facility twice. They are amazingly friendly, outgoing and professional. They explained every detail completely when talking to me about platelet donation vs. whole blood donation. This facility is convenient to my office, and I will continue to donate here regularly. They offer such a friendly and fun environment. =) THANK YOU!!!
