I have been donating platelets at Addison for at least 7 years. The staff, of which I have met many workers in those 7 years, have always been polite, friendly, and thanked me for coming in. I certainly feel at ease when they insert the needles to draw my blood, and feel the staff does a better job at the process than the staffs at a regular hospital. Another plus, rarely do I have to wait more than 5 minutes to start the donation process.

Everyone at the Addison center is always pleasant. They are usually able to get me through the process and to the donation chair quickly. I used to go to the Richardson center until it moved. I would rate the \_old\_ Richardson center as average and the Addison center is a step above that.
