Techs are very friendly and proficient at accessing my vein for donation--my veins are difficult to find. I'm not able to give an outstanding , because the area of donation is very cold , it feels like 60 degrees! Could the heat be turned up to at least 67 degrees? I asked a tech and she told me that the building tends to get too hot if the heat is turned up. Thank you, Debbe S.
