unlike the first comment made i think ALL the employees(expecially jessica) at zlb are great!! i think that anyone who disagrees is probably not doing what they are suppose to do to begin with and are just angry becausae they weren't able to donate. don't believe anything anyone says, even me, just go there for yourself and make your own opinion.

I donated @ ZLB for the first time, I had never donated plasma before. The staff was polite and very informative. The screen process is long, But it has to be to assure quality of the plasma they collect. I was very comfortable during the process and in a relaxed environment. I am looking forward to donating again!

I want to say that overall the ZLB Plasma Service in Norman, Oklahoma-Was a very sad experience-the people at the front desk-were extremely rude! Myself and others were made to feel as though we were less than dirt- One person in particular(Jessica) at the front desk made extemely rude and personal remarks to other employees and other donors in front of the person they were speaking of-this person should be fired-or in the least monitored-and not deal with the public-at all! Too bad the postings are reviewed, the real postings will never make it to the public!
