  This place is not as great as what i thought it should be. Most of the people working there are very rude and have attitudes. They like to talk about their life problems or patient's problems in the hall or even on the donor floor. There are a few exceptional people there though who truly care about your well-being though. Sometimes I hate to say it but this place is ghetto. With lots of sexual harassment going on that none of the staff cares. So its no wonder that I just found out that the place is shut down now cause they didn't pay their taxes.

  I've been in several times and hate that every time they say I've never been here before. Causing me to show them my id social and 3 peices of mail to prove whatever. The people here are so slow they don't know how to walk faster than .5 miles an hour. They talk about eachother and the patients.. On one occasion I went in with a friend to get paper work and they called me his hoe and said that I had a nice rack. On the same day another patient grabbed my rear end and they refused to do anything about it. In my opinion half of the employees look like they are on drugs, they need to be tested and the places needs to be investigated... I will never go back.

  I didn't notice any major problems when I donated for the first time today. The workers were kind and when they heard that I had a problem with needles -trypanoqhobia- they were understanding and walked me through it. Even when I had a reaction to the donation process I felt that I was in good hands. All in all, if you want to donate plasma in the OKC area, I would recomend this place. Just make sure you eat and drink plenty beforehand!

  To whom it may concern:(IF IT EVEN DOES.....) I visit this facility twice a week and have yet to see any improvements. This place is SO unorganized and I can not believe the things I witness...I.E. Employees that blatently air their personal business and dirty laundry in front of customers, the swearing,ect... Oh, and not to mention the disgusting amount of Sexual Harassment that I see, EVERY time I am there. Most employees constantly have a complaint to share and a bad attitude. EVERY time!!! With the exception of a few employees, I think 75% of the staff needs to go and seriously what kind of people are you hiring. They always have bad attitudes and I have personally witnessed upper management and others sexually harass female employees and the customers.(MIKE M. _ ALTON H.) are a perfect example of this. I have personally witnessed them sexually harass Elise, Brandi and Jessica as well as customers, and I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior. Which is something that could lead to a bigger problem for CSL, if any of these ladies decide to do something legal about it. Sexuall Harrassment is ILLEGAL-IN ANY FORM!! Is their not any control in this facility? Says ALOT about the management. I think there are some that do a GREAT job and they should be commended,I.E. Elise, Mary, Melinda, Hasssan, Brandi, Muhammad, Chris ect... but those people should not have to carry the majority of the workload. It's not even reasonable. Your facility hires immature, high school gossippers and flat out bickering, lazy employees, that care about nothing more than themselves. I fear noone would ever visit this facility if it were not so easy to get money and with the economy and poverty the way it is, why should we be treated any better than just a number, RIGHT!!! Oh, and by the way, those of you who refer to the customer as, \_CATTLE\_, should be fired!!! They know who they are. Things have to change, before ALL of this mess is reported to the right people and agencies.
