Beautiful building, far from the east end of the city but only program in Ottawa. Our decsion was made to go with Insception as my OB gave me the info for this program said he \_trusted\_ them and would not deal with another program. I have not been told positive things about alot of the companies, he said he has reg contact with the nurse and was confident in the company, so we trusted his input. The only problem I found was getting anyone at the office...would be nice to have reg hours.

Always returning my calls in the evening as I asked so my husband could be there also. This had a big impact on our choice to go with this company!
