Staff is rude, and unfriendly. I went twice thinking maybe someone was having a bad day the first time. No, just plain rude. Sad there is not another place I can donate, guess I just wont.

We belong to the four seasons club and are walk ins. That seems to upsets some of the staff. We feel as they would prefer we would not come. We understand that people that have appointments take priority but we try to go when they are not the busy.

I belong to the 4 seasons club _ I have never had a bad experience at the Elgin vacility. The people there are always friendly _ make sure that you are taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoy giving up a little to help others _ the staff makes it easy. Thanks for a job well done.

I regularly donate plateletts and a unit of blood at the center in Elgin, Illinois (on McLean). They are always kind, and have a nice sense of humor. It is very relaxing. One of these days, I may even fall asleep.

Painful and rude. I have given blood several times and thought that it would get better, but it doesn't. They are very rude. I have never been treated so horrible.
